ANNUAL SCHOOL CALENDAR FOR SUMMER CLOSING SCHOOLS in HP
1. First Quarter(April to June)

| 1 | 1st Quarterly Establishment Statement and information of surplus staff to be sent to DDHE as per department norms. |
| 2 | ACRs of Ministerial Staff |
| 3 | Annual Statistical Data i. Financial Data as on 31st March. ii. Numerical Data as on 30th September of Previous year. iii. Issue of Form-16 of Income tax and TDS statement on Form-24. |
| 4 | Enrolment of the students in specific activities viz. NCC, NSS, BS&G. |
| 5 | Preparation of School Development plan for academic year & to be sent to DDHE. |
| 6 | Distribution of free text books. |
| 7 | Formation of houses of the students of all classes and students from NCC,NSS,BS&G in one house only. |
| 8 | First Half-Quarterly meeting with DDHE and submission of write off cases to DDHE for verification related to Govt. Funds beyond their (Principals) powers. |
